BAF provides consumer and commercial financing solutions for automobiles, farm equipment, commercial fleets, and other goods. They were using SMS and email for payment reminders, digital receipts, welcome notifications, and other time-sensitive customer messages. They wanted to take advantage of the high delivery and read rates of utility messages on WhatsApp and engaged Damcorp to manage the implementation. By moving key messages to its customers’ platform of choice, BAF tripled read rates and conversion rates.
